The “Exhibition Pavilion”

The Exhibition Pavilion is the perfect location for your Banquet or Reception.

  • Spacious: Open floor space is 6000 square feet; a comfortable size for dining & dancing. We can arrange the hall to suit the size of your guest list – no matter how large or small.
  • Air-Conditioned: The air-conditioned Pavilion is ideal for summer banquets.
  • Intimate Seating: We have both round tables and rectangular tables. The round tables seat 6 or 8 guests and are the preferred choice for a more intimate setting.
  • PA System: The in-house PA system provides consistent sound throughout the hall and is ideal for speeches, announcements, or background music.
  • Parking: There is ample parking both at the front and back of the Pavilion. For the more elderly guests, we suggest parking at the back of the Pavilion.
  • Front Patio: The front patio, in summer, is the perfect spot for guests to “take a break from the music and dancing.” We can arrange to have picnic tables on the patio if you so desire.
  • Rental: Pavilion rental cost very reasonable. Please contact the Ex office for price and availability.


Food Service

Our caterer can handle all your food service needs. Ask for a copy of our banquet menu –  if there is something you would like other than what is listed – we’ll be happy to accommodate you. We include the following when we cater to your dinner or buffet:

  • White Linen Tablecloths
  • White Line Skirting for Head Table, Gift Table and/or Buffet Tables
  • White China Dishes & Proper Silverware
  • Wine Glasses (if wine is being served)
  • Candles for Your Tables (these are a neutral coloured commercial, butane candles as you would see in most restaurants)
  • Paper Dinner Napkins ( we will make every effort to supply napkins in the ‘colour’ of your choice)

The Pavilion Comfortably Accommodates:

  • Banquet Style: from 140 to 410 persons
  • Reception Style: 675 persons
  • Theatre Style: 600 persons

The Little Extras

  • Coat Check Service (if season requires it)
  • Bar Service (the Pavilion is a Licensed facility and bar service is provided upon request)
  • Uniformly Dressed Staff (white shirts, black skirts or pants, black bow ties)
  • One Stop Shopping (if there is something you need in addition to what we already provide, we make every effort to provide those services at the most reasonable cost)
  • Consultation (our office staff take the time to discuss your needs & budget – and ensure that your special event is exactly the way you decide it should be)
  • Trees & White Mini Lights (all of thee trees in the hall are strung with white mini lights)
  • Floral Arrangements (8″ bud vases & silk flowers – available for rent; 8″bud vase & other fresh flowers are available – priced on request)
