From old favourites to new attractions, you will find something for the whole family. At the 95th MIRAMICHI EXHIBITION, admission is free and every day is a bracelet day!

Thursday, July 19th – opening at 2 PM
Friday, July 20th – opening at 2 PM

Every day at the 95th MIRAMICHI EXHIBITION is a “bracelet day.” For one low price, you can enjoy as many rides as you like. Coupons redeemable for a bracelet may be purchased in advance at the following locations: (until 4 PM July 17th)

Bracelet Day

Every day at the 95th MIRAMICHI EXHIBITION is a “BRACELET DAY”. Ride the Midway Rides as often as you wish

Children’s Day Thursday, July 19th

One of the most popular features at each exhibition in the past several decades has been “Children’s Day.” Thursday, July 19th has been designated as “Children’s Day” at this year’s EX. On this day children under the age of 15 can ride any ride on the midway for just a single coupon per ride from opening at 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM. This is a real bargain!


Petting Zoo 

An exhibit that has proven to be extremely educational for all age groups is the ‘PettingZoo’. A wide variety of interesting and amusing farm animals can also be seen at the ‘Petting Zoo’.


Farmland Babies 

An exhibit of ‘Farmland Babies’ is housed in what has become known as the little red Baby Barn. In 2018, children will find the following baby animals at the Baby Barn: piglets, chicks, ducks, geese, puppies, kittens, goats and a calf.



4-H Competition

Saturday, July 21st- in the Show Ring

On Saturday, July 21st, 4-H members will have their livestock exhibits on the Exhibition Grounds by 9:00 AM, and judging will begin at 10:00 AM in the Exhibition Show Ring. The members will be competing for substantial monetary prizes in four different divisions: Dairy Cattle, Beef Cattle, Light Horse, and Draft Horse. Northumberland County Light Horse Club

This very popular Light horse and Pony display is a ‘must see’.
Daily performances in the show ring & Demonstrations on grooming and proper horse care.

Spotlights and Sequins

Competitive and Recreational dancers in the pavilion. Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Dance demonstrations in Jazz, Lyrical, Hip-Hop, Tap, Musical Theatre, Contemporary & Ballet. Troupe has performed in Disney and Dominican Republic and holds an award winning competition team. Sure to be a crowd pleaser!
